    i can't turn of xbox parental control on my pc and it doesn't tell me anywhere how to do it either

    Xbox Parental Control

    Hello Oliver,

    Sorry for the issue with parental control. There are two places you can view/change the parental settings. We suggest updating both. The first one is
    Account website log in just like you do for the Xbox App. Second one is
    Xbox.com once you sign in click on your name at the top right, go to Xbox settings, then privacy and online safety.

    the problem with this is that when i try to edit xbox profile settings it will just redirect me to microsoft Support or when i go to the xbox website i can't press on sign in. i am trying to get this fixed so i can enter the Forza Horizon 4 Auction house,

    When it directs you to Microsoft support does it state need a parent to sign in? Can you give us the error or what it says when it directs you to Microsoft. If you are the child account, you will need a parent to sign in and set up the settings. If you are
    not in a family you will have to create one and
    add a family member.

    i do not have a parent. it redirects me to edit your childs settings for onlinesafety and protection of personal information for xbox. but i'm trying to edit my own information on xbox pc so i can get acces to Forza Horizon 4 auction house
