    You can't. You will need to have an adult make the changes on the account.

    If you're underage then you need a parent to make the changes. keep in mind that once an age is set it's permanent, This is to prevent kids from just changing their ages to bypass things. So while the system will let you change your age anytime
    it won't be recognized as a new age in games. You will either have to wait until you're 18 or get a parent to help.
