Xbox package stolen upon delivery

If it was from MS STORE thwn you need to call ms.store

If you got it from another retailrr you need to address the retailer

Xbox does not sell directly unless you are in an ms store region

Mine was also stolen 2 days ago, delivery by Fedex as well! They claim they put 2 packages in the parcel locker but they clearly did not. My building has confirmed it and are going through security footage to prove it.

I am having trouble contacting human support. I cannot find any links to show that item was delivered successfully but the stolen.

FedEx makes it easy to file lost package claims. If you ordered or shipped something from the US through them, you can file a FedEx stolen package claim online.

FedEx is also pretty speedy. It normally takes just five to seven business days to resolve a claim.

As the sender, recipient, or third-party, you’ll have 60 calendar days to file a claim for damaged or missing contents and up to nine months to file lost item reports. Just make sure you keep all packaging or evidence because FedEx might ask to see it.

Well, this is a good opportunity to test the warranty.... Was the package damaged upon delivery or did you pick it up in store???
