Discus and support XBox overlay overwriting text while typing in a textbar. in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I wanted to make a group in Minecraft, but when I typed any where, it started erasing the words like: IYilding.     I wanted to make a group in Minecraft, but when I typed any where, it started erasing the words like: IYilding. Previously it was Creative flat world building. And, for some reason it says that my description is "inacceptable". And my description was like
    this: Creative flat world building. Everyone is allowed, Fighting is allowed but only in your build. If you wanna make 2 buildings, ok then! I would recommend signs that will say your name. If you need commands, I will grant you them.

    Sorry to hear it. Perhaps the words have a different meaning which are not appropriate for Xbox Live. If the word does not work then please try a different word that is not icacceptable

    How to remove Xbox One Party Chat Overlay but KEEP Voice Overlay

    Interesting...I wasn't aware that was added as a feature. I checked the Notification settings and don't see anything that might be useful in stopping text messages from appearing in the Voice Overlay area. I turned off the Party notifications and my text
    replies were still displayed in the Voice Overlay area.

    I will file a Report via my Xbox Insiders app and submit your feedback requesting an option to exclude the chat log from the Voice Overlay section.

    most capture software ignores overlays so you can then use the overlay while recording. don't think there is an easy way or even a way to do it.
