xbox OSU 2108 insider

My last attempt will be the forum, as on reddit the insiders didn't help me.
The Case:
Hi guys, I'm part of the skip head insider, the tallest ring, and my xbox hd passed away, making it impossible to back up.
I tried in every way to get in touch with the insiders on reddit, and everyone says to wait for version 2108 (21 years, 08 is the month), which should only be released in 60 days.
A good soul said that there is a chance to recover by copying files from another console that is already in skip or alpha
What I'm surprised is that we don't have any repository of these files in case of manual reset issue.
Can anyone share a solution with me?

Update:
i have a copy of the files from an xbox identical to mine with the files in version 2108, i can have two hds working on only one console. when i put it on another console it won't boot.

Oi pessoal, eu faço parte do skip head insider, o anel mais alto, e meu hd xbox faleceu, tornando impossível fazer backup dele.
Tentei de todas as formas entrar em contato com os insiders no reddit, e todos dizem para esperar o lançamento da versão 2108 (21 anos, 08 é o mês), que só deve ser lançada em 60 dias.
Uma boa alma disse que há uma chance de se recuperar copiando os arquivos de outro console que já está em skip head ou alpha
O que estou surpreso é que não temos nenhum repositório desses arquivos em caso de problema de redefinição manual.
Alguém pode compartilhar uma solucao comigo?

That is not true. You can remove (unenroll) the console from a preview and still remain in the Insiders with the preview options available to your account. If you remove your Insider account as well as remove the console from a preview, using the Insider hub, then yes you will have to start all over and wait for an invite again.

I have recently installed Insider hub on a new Xbox Series X and all of the preview rings I am allowed were available to me.

A repository of files for manual reset issues is a Factory reset, 2 options available.

Not sure how you hope to achieve success with a 2nd HDD attached to your console but Self repair can't be discussed on the Forum.

Instead of waiting for an OSU in August which can only be applied to a console NOT enrolled in a Insiders preview anyway, you should unenroll the console from any preview and Factory reset the console. You can unenroll from a PC. Manage account Insider preview program.

Excerpt from System update solution Insiders specific

If you receive a System Error with an Exxx error code, this could indicate a hardware issue. A hardware issue is defined by the system’s inability to process critical functions and results in a failure. Because consoles enrolled in the Xbox Insider Program receive preview updates, any of the Offline System Update (OSU) files will not resolve this issue.

When running through the console’s troubleshooting steps above, if you are prompted to use an OSU file, skip this step and select Reset this Xbox on the console. From there, choose either option that best suits your needs (We recommend the Reset and keep my games & apps option).

If restoring the console to factory defaults does not resolve this issue for your Xbox Insider console, you will need to submit a request to have your console repaired. To submit a repair request, visit:

Is it in the Xbox Insider Preview program? As USB OSU don't work for Insiders.
