Xbox OS for Insider Alpha

Don’t know how many of you are in the Alpha builds for the insider program but the most recent OS release has jacked my console up. All system navigation and processing is laggy. The audio drops out entirely especially if you try to do party chat. All media
services crash upon app launch (Netflix, One Guide, Hulu, DVD, etc.) Can game but that’s about it. No response from tech other than they will post about it in the forums. This experience has been enough to get me out of the insider program altogether. Common
troubleshooting has been no help before suggestions are made. OS build is: 10.0.17730.2000

Xbox Insider is DEATH

Erm..........................am I missing something here?

Your saying that the latest version of the Xbox OS has bricked your external HDD?

HOW?

How could that possibly happen?

Nothing about the system OS goes onto the external HDD, so why would it brick it?

Also I've been in the Insider program for a couple of years (think I'm an Alpha Insider) and nothing on my system has been bricked and like I said I'm an Alpha Insider so I get really dodgy OS's.

 

Tomb Raider on Xbox 1 and game resume problem.

This happened to me for Rise of the Tomb Raider and Prey, but were fixed after a hard reboot. It did happen again with Prey after hard reboots just not every time.

Are you in any of the insider builds of the OS, like Alpha ring or later? I usually chock it up to Alpha ring status and my OS can be buggy. But, yeah it's a drag when the instant on and resume doesn't work perfectly with a game i'm playing.
