Xbox OS/Dashboard is so laggy on XSX

That's just the way the One's OS is... Laggy.

I have the same issue for the last few days Microsoft reward app times out on XSX, bing is dodgy and could not get a game pass game past the loading screen (The walking dead final season). All worked fine on Xbox one x but it seems to be broken since the dashboard update on the XSX.

Do you still experience Lag on the dashboard when your external storage device isn't connected? (Or any other USB devices)

If so, please try a Full factory reset and if that doesn't help then I would suggest contacting Xbox Support to see what they advise, since it could be a hardware related issue.
