    Xbox Orignal Avatar problem


    Anytime I try to load up my old avatar it tells me "We couldn't load your Xbox Original Avatar." and its been telling me this since the update for the new Avatars have came out in October. Please someone help me fix this. I miss my old avatar Xbox Orignal Avatar problem :(

    Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

    I've noticed a few people posting in forums about this same issue since October of last year.

    First off, I'd suggest logging out of the app, removing it, and then reinstalling it. (How to remove Apps from Xbox console)

    Next, we recommend trying a
    soft factory reset    . When you do this select keep games and apps. There could be a corrupt system file that

    isn't allowing you to load it. Before doing this make sure have a stable internet connection, also know the email / password to accounts on

    the Xbox console.

    Try this, then try the avatar load and see if it works.

    How can I track what games I played on the original xbox?

    unfortunatly they discontinued the servers for orignal xbox, so unfortunatly the gamer scores and achivements are not there for it and neither is any data for your games from orignal xbox, sorry, this would of been cool though,
