    Bought Psychonauts off the xbox one store and i intended to download it to my xbox 360 but its asking me to buy it again on my xbox 360.

    I had the assumption that if you bought an OG xbox game off xbox one store you could download it on the xbox 360. But its not showing up on my purchases.

    I had bought morrowind using this exact method and it works. Im not sure why not now

    Its not showing up on my download history either. Is there something I dont know about buying games like that?

    Are you just checking the store on the 360 or your download history?

    It's backwards compatible with the 360 too so it should work.

    I have the same problem, when I try to play compatible original Xbox games such as The Elder Srolls: Morrowind or Halo 2, it tells me to download it again dispite never downloading it for I cant download old games. I have a kinect version Xbox 360 Slim with
    an official 320gb Hard Drive I bought online.

    Well without knowing what titles you have we cant say for sure

    But that error does suggests its not compatible

    Worst case.connect ro the xbox live to get the latest updates

    To play bc titles you do need to download the bc patch for each game

    If you bought used xbox 360 games then you bought xbox 360 games not xbox one games

    Not.all games are compatible and for the ones thar are you need to download the patches
