    Xbox Original Avatar not updating/showing


    It’s been well over a year now for me since my Xbox Original Avatar has not been showing on my profile. When i first received my series x, I edited my Original X360 Avatar and ever since then it will not show up on my profile.

    Why does my avatar show random avatars instead of the one I've created?

    Update: I restarted the console and logged into the new profile, and all the changes I made are now showing on the new avatar.

    However, after logging back into my original profile, and toggling the "Show my avatar" checkbox under Customize Profile from on, to off, to back on again, I'm showing another random avatar.

    I'd be happy to provide some input!

    I believe the new update separated the new Xbox Avatar Editor App and there is also the Xbox Original Avatar App where you can edit your original avatar and select it to use from there.

    Go into the Original Avatar App and see if you can set your original avatar to display from there.

    Make sure you are using the Xbox original Avatar app, and not the new one otherwise the avatar will not show up on your Xbox 360.
