Xbox order still pending after 3 days

I ordered an Xbox on Saturday and am wondering if it is still going to ship because its still saying pending and am also wondering how long the delay is due to covid

Hi there,

I recently had similar issues, with a play and charge kit. If you are anxious about your order, I would contact someone from Support, via the chat function and ask them to cancel the order. I did so with my kit, and instead got one the next day via Amazon.
This was after waiting 17 days, via the Microsoft Store with no movement in status.

I assume that Microsoft opened up availability for items, without considering that they don't actually have stock to cover, worldwide. This forces more pressure on China's manufacturing processes, hence the order sits on pending.

Payment should be taken within 10 days of release, so it's not always exactly 10 days from release. It can be taken at any time between now and the release.
