Xbox online Support

So you don't like the online support because you want us to do something that we can not do? Cool. The only way to turn off auto renewal is by calling Microsoft support on the phone at 1 800 4 MY XBOX.

NO.....that is clearly not what i meant. What i was trying to say is that one should have the option of managing their account without having to call xbox customer support. There are various videos on youtube showing what customers have to go through to
cancel their account. Why would a representative offer me deals when my xbox went rrod? I really don't understand the logic behind that. Here's a perfect example of what I am talking about...

Don't expect any help from MS in a timely fashion, they don't seem to care about any customer issues any more, all the hacking is a prime example

To answer your question you dont have to call, you can cancel your renewal through the website.

if it gives you a error then you have issue with your billing.

Otherwise call support as there always willing to help
