Salut j’ai un souci ma Xbox ObeS s’allume mais l’ecran reste noir/ I have a problem, my Xbox OneS turn on but my screen stay black i dont know why.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear your console is only loading up a black screen. We do have a few troubleshooting steps you can try out to see if we can resolve this black screen issue.

Follow these steps:

Click this article link: " I need help with system updates on my Xbox One"

Choose "I need to troubleshoot a system update error"

Next choose your version of the Xbox. (One S)

After choose 'I AM EXPERIENCING A STARTUP ISSUE'

Choose Which scenario are you seeing? *BLACK SCREEN*

From there the troubleshooter will guide you.

If this is the case, its always good to start old school troubleshoointg. I would replace the cable connecting to the TV/Screen, just to mke sure its not a bad cable issue. Once you get the display working, as @choppyseize mentioned, go to the vid settings.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
