    XBox OneS- My controllers keep disconnecting


    XBox OneS- My controllers keep disconnecting. I have done the following. 1. Factory Reset on console 2. Changed to 2G 3. Cycled Controllers 4. Changed Batteries 5. Updated both controllers and console. I do not have a router or anything next to my Xbox None of this has worked and my controllers continue to disconnect. I assume I am not the only person with this problem.

    Thanks, CristofKaiser, indeed with a brand new controller it keeps disconnecting, so it's not the controller. [Update:] now the controllers work on my PC, but still no news on the Xbox One.

    I'll keep you posted if I find a solution.

    Anyone else ?
