Xbox One's console is a poorly made product

I have had 3 replacement consoles under warranty, two replaced power blocks under warranty, 3 replaced Elite controllers under warranty and over 100 hours talking to support on a variety of problems. I just received a new Turtle Beach Elite 800 headset and
in connecting the digital optic cable I inadvertently disconnected the consoles power supply. I reconnected the power cable and now the console will not power up. I did not drop, kick, bang, or jar the console in any way I simply moved the power cord with
my fingers while pushing the optic cable into its slot. The light on the power bar is orange and I've been through all of the trouble shooting tips from both Xbox support and Youtube video's with no luck. It seems that I'll need to either have this garbage
product replaced again or go back to my 360 that still works great after over 10 years of use.

IT LOOKS LIKE I"LL HAVE TO TOSS THIS PIECE OF GARBAGE XBOX ONE CONSOLE INTO THE TRASH CAN WHERE IT BELONGS AND BE DONE WITH XBOX ONCE AND FOR ALL.

I'd like to dissuade any and all those thinking about purchasing an XBOX ONE console from wasting their money on such a poorly made product. It really is a shame that I've spent so much money on games, headsets, controllers and shipping cost that I'll now
have to decide whether to sell off what I can or to toss them away as well. I'm real glad I've only purchased a couple of digital games because they're now worthless, another reason never to buy digital games from the XBOX store. I used to be a loyal Xbox
fan and loved their products and games. Its taken me quite a while to sadly realise XBOX ONE is a poorly made low quality garbage product that I regret ever buying.

Microsoft really screwed up, Again

What I dont get is why people give a *** about turtle beach? They're headsets are poorly made, the sound is simulated and they're expensive. They are not the only manufacturers of gaming headsets being made for xbox one.

Headset Adapter Died after a Week

If they are that poorly made I am not going to even bother getting another, don't feel like throwing more of my money in the trash. I am just going to use the my kinect as a mic when It comes back from being fixed. Thankfully Microsoft at least supports
that poorly made product.

 

You're just really unlucky. I've never had a problem with any console I've owned......ever. My day 1 console that I use nearly every day is still rocking without any issues.

I actually know a lot of people in real life that haven't had any issues. Not saying there aren't any, but your experience is not indicative of the product.
