XBOX one手柄连接PC偶尔断连 [The XBOX one handle connects to the PC occasionally disconnected.]

I use a genuine Xbox Wireless Controller.

I use genuine xbox 2 generation controller receiver.

I use genuine Windows system.

But I still can't connect the controller with the wireless adapter.:-(

What controller do you have? Is it an original Xbox controller?

Please try to power reset your console:

1​​. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

​​​4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

After that, check if there are any updates for your controller:

xbox one手柄哪有蓝牙（one s手柄才有蓝牙），还有，我是用 线适配器进行 线连接的，图片那个适配器

已经按照两个链接中的内容操作了一遍,更换usb插口,卸载驱动再重启,但都没有作用,手柄还是链接不上 线适配器,适配器和手柄的指示灯一直闪烁,没有连接成功

问题是这手柄和适配器在我的电脑上不能进行连接，但是换一台电脑就没有问题
