xbox oneコントローラでスティックが勝手に入力された状態になる[Translation-The stick is entered on the xbox one...

当方、xboxは所持していないのですが、

iOSデバイスで使用する為にxbox oneコントローラを購入しました。

コントローラの接続は上手くいったのですが、

左右のアナログスティックが勝手に入力された状態になることがあります。

（キャラクターが勝手に動く、視点が勝手に動く現象が発生する）

スティックを下方向に倒してから指を離すとニュートラル位置まで戻らず

若干下方向に傾いた状態になっているようです。

これは、両方のアナログスティック共に同様の状態です。

このような状況なのですが、

コントローラに問題があるのか、iOSに問題があるのか判断したく、

皆様の意見をお聞きしたいと考えております。

1) コントローラに問題がある 合

コントローラの交換にて改善が見込めないか試してみたいと思います。

（無償交換可能かどうかご教示 けると助かります。）

2) iOSに問題がある 合

iOSのアップデートに期待することにします。

最悪、どうしようもない 合は返品することを考えているのですが、

このようなケースの 合、返品（返金）の対象となりますでしょうか？

※いずれのゲー でもスティックの不具合発生

※Game Controller - Testerというアプリでスティックが下方向に傾いた状態になっていることを確認
