    Its always worth getting an extended warranty IMO. Especially for first-gen electronics like the X1.

    Hi there I'm sorry to hear about this problem did you try contacting xbox support about this. I think there only people that can help fair as this accounting error. Unless you have parent permission i dont think the m games will work for you on the xbox
    one. Have your parent contact xbox support about this issue. cheers good luck.

    You can't change the age on your account.

    Once you set your age/date of birth then that's it.

    Contacting support wont change this,nor will they change it for you.

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
