Xbox One手柄断连

After updating my Xbox to the latest version yesterday, my normal gamepad can only connect to my console in a very small range (about 1m range).

I tried rebooting the host and my TV, turning off the router, repairing the controllers, and upgrading the controllers, but nothing alleviated the problem.

I can barely use my controller in wireless mode now.

Please help!

What controller do you have? Is it an original Xbox controller?

Please try to power reset your console:

1. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

After that, check if there are any updates for your controller:

I use a genuine Xbox Wireless Controller.

I use genuine xbox 2 generation controller receiver.

I use genuine Windows system.

But I still can't connect the controller with the wireless adapter.:-(

已经按照两个链接中的内容操作了一遍,更换usb插口,卸载驱动再重启,但都没有作用,手柄还是链接不上线适配器,适配器和手柄的指示灯一直闪烁,没有连接成功
