    If you mean Xbox Live Gold subscribition there is no need for this for buying games in Xbox Store.

    But if you does't have a Xbox Live Account at all, you must create it.

    No, it doesn't. You necessarily need to create Xbox Live account if you wanna buy and play digital copy of WWE2K17.

    You doesn't need account ONLY if you have disc version of the game.

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
