    Make 2K give everyone that spend €60 for a game that doesn't work what? Unfortunately NBA2K is from a third party developer so the issue isn't with Xbox. Patches can now be released for games without charge so that devs can continually improve/ fix their
    games. What actually seems to be the problem with the game?

    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
