    When I turn on my Xbox one xs the screen is aggressively flickering like the hdmi cable is loose, it isnt. I’ve turned it off unplugged everything plugged it back in turned it on and having the same problem. It hasn’t been moved or hit or anything what could be the issue?

    Thank you for your response. ES2 controller stands for Elite Series 2 controller, which is a Microsoft product. XCS stands for Xbox Customer Support.

    What is your preferred headset to use when gaming?

    i use turtle beach xc-1 i need 1 ear free and these are like an upgaded xbox default set but more comfortable and better sound

    also they are less than 25 dollars almost the same price as the default ones

    Balance has disappeared.

    Just like XCS said, if you have points attached to your account they will transfer over into local currency. It will probably take a while for everything to be ironed out as the conversion takes place. In the meantime don't buy any more points until either
    A) your account balance reasserts itself in your local currency or B) you've contacted XCS and they find/ fix the error.
