Xbox One / Xbox Preview App - My console still hasn't been registered after 3 months?

So about 3 months ago, I signed up for the Preview Program, the app was available to download, and so I downloaded it.

I went through all the registration, and all the required steps in order to become a Preview Member. After 48 hours and contacting "Xbox Support" on Twitter, I had gained access to the Preview Program Forums, that aren't normally accessible unless you're
a Preview Member obviously. Apparently, according to a support member, if I have access to those forums, I'm now a member.

Well, one of the reasons I wanted to be a member was so I could access the "Battlefield 4 CTE server" / It is only available to players that have Battlefield 4 with Premium, have signed up to the CTE on Battlefield's website, and are a Preview Member.

After signing up for the CTE with Battlefield's website, I have been waiting patiently for a message that takes roughly a week, but it's taken over 3 months.

Last night, I went to check on Xbox Preview App, and in "console registration" it says the

Group Status Action

Preview - Latest Xbox One Exp... | EnrollChangePending | Pending

Why is it, after 3 months, my console registration is still "pending"

Have I not done something I was supposed to, or is Xbox just taking the *** to transfer my console? What I supposed to do?

Preview program forums

So I got invited to Xbox Preview, but my console hasn't been registered. Is everyone guaranteed to get registered in general?? It has been 48 hours since I got the preview and am waiting for regrestration.

Help! I bought my xbox one from my brother, and he sent me a preview program invite but after I downloaded the app it says that my console has already been registered.

Is there a way he can deregister this console from his new one?
