Xbox One Xbox Dashboard Taking too long

I have a question and I'm not sure if it can be answered. I was playing some Warzone with my friends when all of a sudden my xbox just shut off for no reason. There was no rain, no storm and my power did not go out. I tried to turn it back on but it wouldn't
let me. I unplugged my powerbox and plugged it back in and it still was giving no signs of life. Worried I left it alone and unplugged and tried again after 10 minutes. It started up no problem and I played for the rest of the night. The next day my powerbox
was giving me some more trouble acting like it wasn't giving my xbox enough power. I went and checked the voltage and found out it was only producing about half the voltage necessary so i unplugged it and got a new one. Upon plugging it back into my xbox it
started up just fine but there was still a problem with it. I kept getting an error code (0x8027025a) saying that the xbox dashboard was taking too long. I checked the next day, and it gave me the same message. I followed the instructions about force shutting
off my xbox and unplugging the power box and it still did not fix it. I would take it somewhere, however with COVID-19 running rampant I wanted to see if there was anything anyone could tell me on here.

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your Xbox One is getting an error code stating that the dashboard is taking too long when you start up the console. Is your Xbox One enrolled in the Xbox Insider Program? We recommend

power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds.

If this does not resolve the issue, we suggest performing
a soft factory reset. This type of factory reset will keep all games and applications installed, but it will remove all the profiles from the console. Therefore, the email addresses and passwords must be known before this step is taken. Be sure to let us
know the results lawsonQM!

A sudden shutdown and/or prolonged excessive fan noise indicates there is a ventliation problem causing overheating of the console. The shutdown is a safety feature designed to minimize damage.

While the console is completely powered off, inspect the ventilation holes on the sides of the console for dust accumulation blocking the holes. Clean them if required.

I use a vacuum cleaner to clean each vent.

This support for Error code 8027025a has steps you can take to resolve this issue.

getting a different error code, please let us know what error code you're getting. If you are getting error code 0x8027025a and you've already tried a

power cycle of your console without any success, I'd next recommend a
soft factory reset, where you select "Reset and keep my games & apps" when prompted.
