Xbox One Xbox 360 Crossplay issue

We understand that you have an inquiry in regards to having a backwards compatibility gameplay issue with Fallout 3.

We recommend trying a power cycle
of the console.

If the problem persists, try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

Load the game

Hit the start and select buttons (small round buttons on either side of big xbox button on controller) at same time

This will bring up the 360 guide choose download profile

Enter email and password

This should fix your problem.

Also make sure your password is less then 16 characters the 360s including the emulator on the Ones do not like passwords longer then 16 characters. This could be causing your problem too.

When you loaded the 360 game, did you make sure you have your account on as if you are playing on a 360? If not you may wana try signing into your acc through the 360 menue.
