    Xbox One X - YouTube is stuck on 'Update in Progress'


    Was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this, currently in beta on my 1 X, youtube will open a popup saying update in progress each time I try to open it, however in my queue there's no update installing?

    I got board of waiting, Turned it Off and On again, now have progress bar for the Update. Hopes this works!

    Xbox One S console update stuck at (Step 3 of 3: Applying) (66%)/ 86%

    Its been stuck like this for nearly 24 hours and still no progress and i done a hard restart and I turned it off and unplugged it for a couple of hours and it keeps on getting stuck at 66%/86%. I NEED HELP PLS.

    If you have the xbox app open it up and go to the game and look at achievements for it. Does that triggure the achievements showing? Ive had this happen to me and this was how I fixed it.

    Have you tried to close the game down and restart it? Or might be worth giving it a uninstall and reinstall. Worst case have a check on trueachievements and see if anyone else has had a problem with it. If so they might be able to offer you a solution
    on how to fix it.

    This seems to be a compatability error with the Xbox one x if its still persisting after a factory reset, hopefully YouTube and Xbox will resolve this issue with an update soon, keep everyone posted on here and hopefully someone will help push forward
    an update request for this issue
