    Thanks for the advice. If it's worth anything, the Xbox powers on and off my audio receiver just fine. It just won't work with the TV anymore.

    I'll check in with another TV and see if it makes any difference.

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty distressing. If the steps in the previously posted have not helped, then I suggest trying another TV. If it doesn't work on
    another, then you might need to get the
    console repaired.
