    Hi All,

    I had brought my Xbox one X from U.S arround October, 2017 (Launched day 1). Lately I got power issue and now console is as good as dead.

    I tried reaching Xbox India support (which is so pathetic that so far I am unable to get connected to any person on phone).

    Now I know I have option of going to black market and get it repaired which I am not preffering.

    How can I get my Xbox fixed in India (Bengaluru) through MS ?

    I tried searching through there chats / phone lines so far nothing is of help.

    Please help me know if Xbox from U.S can be fixed here and if yes then how?

    I keep thinking if PS4 was a better bet and going through Microsoft India Support it looks like Sony anytime !

    You would need to buy the correct power brick for India as a U.S. one wont work.

    Hi

    You would need to go via support for them to register it and get it repaired.

    Online chat might be best : Contact Us | Xbox Support choosing account in step 1 then Other in the next step for the chat option to appear.

    Hopefully that will get you through to someone.

    Can i use a Xbox bought in US in India?

    We bought X Box 360 S Model 1439 in USA and brought to India. The power supply unit (PSU) is of 110 V. I think we cannot use the same directly (with flat to round pin converter) with Indian Power Supply of 220V . I heard Microsoft will FREEly replace the
    same. If yes, where these MS shop/s in Hyderabad of India? If not freely, where can I buy a genuine PSU for this Model? Can any one help please?

    I think my PSU's fuse is blown.

    Best thing is to wait until you get back to the U.S. & getting a replacement power brick.

    If you got one in India it would be no good to use in the U.S.

    You should never use any type of step-down transformer/voltage converters with your console as they can cause all sorts of issues & would void any warranty you have.
