Xbox One X won’t Offline Update after unenrolling

I would suggest that you keep trying to
unenroll. Ensure you have a stable connection to the internet, and give the console a simple
power cycle and attempt to unenroll again.

After successfully unenrolling, you should be prompted to perform a system update your console (reverts to the current public release).

OSU's (offline system updates) cannot be used by Insiders unless you unenroll the console from the program.

As previously stated, if you are enrolled in the Xbox Insider preview program you CANNOT use Offline System Updates (OSU) unless you unenroll from
the program.

When you unenroll, usually a factory reset will be performed.

After rolling out of insider I got a system update. But it failed. Now my xbox one x not starting up. Even osu1 update failed. Please help.

Unenrolling or changing down to a lower Insider ring usually requires a factory refresh.

To start a OSU you must of booted up the console troubleshooting screen.

If you get the console troubleshoot screen, your console is not, "bricked", unusable.

If you are using wired ethernet to connect to your network hardware, disconnect it before attempting the Offline System Update.
