Xbox One X won't factory reset

So for the last several months my Xbox One X (preordered when it first came out) has been acting up. I haven't been playing it nearly as much because it's been frustrating me. Every few days (sometimes multiple
times a day when I actually play) it gives me an issue where when I start it up it gives me an issue loading up. I would try over and over again to factory reset it and after multiple attempts usually it would eventually start working for a bit once I wiped
it clean and started from scratch. Then it would happen again and again and again and I've cycled through this process at least 20x in the last several months. Mind you, I haven't been playing that often (for months at a time sometimes).

Now it won't even do the factory reset (I know to unplug it, hold the two front buttons with the power button and let it beep, etc etc). It keeps giving me the error message (I've seen all types of system error
codes at this point.) Now I've even tried with a USB OSU1 file and the moment I try to it goes back to the error screen with an E100 code. I've also seen E102 and several other error codes in the past as well.

Is there any work around to fix this or is this Xbox shot? And does that mean it's a broken hard drive or is it something else? Please only respond if you're actually technically proficient or have come across
this issue to avoid more confusion/stress. Thanks ahead of time.
