    Hello,

    for the past few days I've been having issues when connecting my Xbox One X wirelessly to my network.

    Xbox sees my network and when i click connect, I enter the password and then after 20-30 seconds get an troubleshooting network screen. Two days ago i tried hard resetting the console, that didn't help. I've restarted my router multiple times, tried plugging
    it out and back in, and tried factory reset... After that i've decided to factory reset xbox, and i succesfully connected to the network... i played for few hours, turned the xbox off, and the next day same problem... this time factory reset didn't work this
    time... When i connect my xbox with cable, network works fine. I've checked my router for filtered MAC addresses, everything is ok. I've cleared alternate MAC addresses just in case, still nothing. IP and DNS are set to automatic. I must say that all the
    other devices connected to my home network work just fine. There are no new devices in house. My old xbox one also connects without problems. I've tried connecting it to my phone personal hotspot and the problem persists....

    Connecting with cable is not an option for me because of the position of TV and Xbox.

    Is it possible that wlan adapter inside xbox is faulty? has anyone had that problem?

    My warranty ended 2 months ago, is this even worth sending to Microsoft for repair?

    turn off your power for 5 minutes and everything should go back to normal. Happens to me too

    I purchased second hand, so never had a warranty to begin with. Today I 'resolved' my issue by buying a new 4G router, one that has ethernet ports and external antennas. The Xbox does seem happier with the wired connection and the antennas are providing
    a stronger signal for better speed. If you have/can get unlimited data with a decent mobile provider, it is
    a solution. Not the ideal one I admit, but the only one available to me anyway!
