Xbox One X will not go into settings

Discus and support Xbox One X will not go into settings in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; X box one x will not go into settings. I click the icon and it just beeps and does nothing.     Xbox One X will not go into settings


    X box one x will not go into settings. I click the icon and it just beeps and does nothing. Also some of the games seem to hang on load up cannot access settings from games either.

    new update won't work

    turn on your xbox. and when it asks to update decline it. then wait for the xbox dashboard to load up. go to the settings tab and go into system settings section. then go to memory and do the following button combo. X LB RB X LB RB X and press yes. let the
    system restart. now try and download the update again.

    Bought Samsung NU8000 TV....cannot select 1440p on XBox One X nor see Frames Rate drop down menu.

    Bought Samsung NU8000 TV....cannot select 1440p for a resolution in the XBox One X settings....nor see the Frame Rate options drop down menu under the resolutions menu. The only options I have in the XBox One X resolution settings is 720p, 1080p, and 4K UHD.

    And before you ask...yes the XBox One X is directly plugged into the TV....without any other devices attached to the TV nor the XBox One X.

    Xbox One X will not go into settings

    Try power cycling the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds or until it turns off.

    This could fix the issue you are having.

    The Xbox One X might have different settings to your TV, you might have to go to TV Settings on your Xbox One X

    Xbox one to Xbox one x gold memebership

    The gold membership is attached to the gamertag not the console.

    Just recover it on the Xbox One X. Go to settings and select set home Xbox and you should be good.
