Xbox One X will not display on Television (Black Screen of Death)

Hello, my Xbox is less than two months old and has no heartbeat. The power button will illuminate but that is pretty much it. The console is still under warranty but I have no idea who to contact for a replacement. Its kind of weird but when I click the
link on the Microsoft page for repair, the page glitches. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Try this..

Turn everything off and restart in this order.

TV first, then AVR if using and lastly the console.

Also, plug the console into a separate wall socket, not a power board.

Troubleshoot blank screen may assist you further.

I'm sad to read what happened to your xbox. The best way of contacting Microsoft for repairing your console (as it is on warranty period) is through this link : https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

Also, you can try a Hard restart :

"To perform a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on. The system will turn off. When you hit the button again, it will start and display the green start-up screen. All your data is preserved, but cache is cleared and some
settings are reverted and log-in or game start issues are resolved."

But my recommendation is to send the console back to Microsoft, as it will take almost no time to be fixed.

Is your Television a smart TV? There's a setting on the Display Options of the Xbox 360 that automatically discovers the settings for your television. Mine does this and it's a Emerson TV, its either black level or one of the settings, you'll have to look,
but it's like "Discovers your Screen Settings" it says in the description. This will fix things perfect for your television.
