    xbox one x, will not connect to xbox live


    , I have to unplug gateway everytime i start xbox one x The tests says im connected, but it is not connected to xbox live. Is there anyone with a solution I see Im not the only one with this issue! Its hardwired in, old xbox 360 and xbox one never did
    this, they always connected without any problem! 3 weeks of unplugging gateway since I got this .No human support to talk to, just automated garbage that wants to send me a link to my phone??? Im a little pissed after spending over $500 bucks on this thing!
    There should be no problems,but???

    For the Xbox Series X, that console has to use the account that purchased the game and the DLC and must be connected to xbox Live. For the Xbox One X, any account can be used as long as the account that purchased the game and its DLC is set as home Xbox.

    My Xbox One X never is able to connect to Xbox Live when I first turn it on. I never had this issue with my Xbox One. I always have to Reset my Alternate Mac Address and usually Hard Reset my Xbox One X. I have ran all the connection tests on my Xbox
    One X as well as reset my Internet Connection. But no success. I have had this issue since I got my Xbox One X.
