Xbox One X Wi-Fi Issues

I purchased an Xbox One X a couple weeks ago and after about a week started experiencing constant disconnect issues from Xbox Live. I have performed multiple troubleshooting methods from settings on my router, resetting my console to factory defaults,
rebooting the router, etc. You name it, I've probably tried it. I had an original Xbox One in the same location, using the same network, for the past 5 years without an issue at all. What can I do to resolve this? It's very frustrating to believe that you
are moving to the "most powerful system" when all it does is cause issues and frustration.

If that worked would that prove that the Wi-Fi receiver in the Xbox is at fault ?

As my Xbox series x and Xbox one connect and play perfectly online via the same Wi-Fi

Currently on Wi-Fi, both my Xbox One and Xbox One X are on the same network.

Thanks for keeping us updated. I have a few steps/questions to bring up to help figure out where the issue is coming from. Have you attempted to connect via ethernet cable to see if the issue persists? Which factory reset did you perform? There is one that
keeps your games and apps downloaded and another version that wipes the console clean.

Have you tried connecting to a different WIFI network? If possible, I would recommend a friend or family members network. You can use a hotspot, but that's not the best way to test this out. A lot of times hotspots cause more issues than anything.
