Xbox one x warranty for second owner.

The only way to check would be to register the device on account.microsoft.com, and there it would tell you how long a warranty you have left. If it is still in warranty, then you would get free repairs until it expires.

Can you explain what you mean by "crashed cartoon"? Do you mean "damaged box"?

And is this service "media markt polish" a retail store or a place like ebay? If it's not a retail store then warranty does not transfer to the second owner.

If you buy it from them and it's damaged it is the store's responsibility to give you a new one, not xbox's warranty repair service - if they damaged it it's not within warranty.

Another thing is that warranties are good for one year from the original purchase date to the original owner.

So if you sell it within that one year you are the original owner and the warranty would no longer be good.

Hello, with you having the Series X you should still be under warranty to have it fixed at no cost. Go through the xbox support page then warranty to have it done. Make sure you have your console registered.

Since they have dropped something into the console, it would not be covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by the owner. This would unfortunately be the cost of an out of warranty repair.
