Xbox One X vs. Xbox One: Game Redemption and Compatibility Inquiry

Additionally, I have another question as a new Xbox user. I'm curious to know if Xbox One X is different from Xbox One. Can I play games on Xbox One, or do I need to purchase games specifically for Xbox One X?

The Xbox One X is around 4½ times as powerful as the original Xbox One in terms of graphics performance, it has more/faster RAM, a faster CPU, and it has a UHD Blu-Ray player supporting 4K resolution, while the Xbox One only has a regular Blu-Ray player as it can't output at 4K for neither games nor media. The only advantage the OG Xbox One has is that it has a dedicated Kinect port, while the Xbox One X requires a somewhat convoluted adapter for Kinect to work, although Kinect has been discontinued for a while anyway so it's not a big deal.

Both can play the exact same games, but many games have been enhanced for the Xbox One X, so you get some combination of better framerate, higher resolution, better lighting, HDR support, and better quality textures.

You don't need to buy games specifically for the Xbox One X, as you'll automatically get the enhanced version if one is available.

Additionally, can I control my Xbox using my PC, such as downloading games, for example?

Tunisia has very limited Xbox support. So even with a credit card, you will not be able to access Game Pass on the console there and will be limited on purchases you can make. http://xbox.com/regions Xbox gift cards are region locked so you may not be able to redeem them there either.

A One X is still in the same family of consoles as a One. They will both play the same games, the X just has a few other features that the One doesn't have.

Because xgu is for the series consoles too.
