Xbox One X update issue

Hi,

last night my consol (Xbox One X Scorpio) was trying to install an update but everytime it reaches 85% the system crashes and i get the "Something went wrong" screen. Now no matter what option i chose from here when the consol restarts it goes back to trying
to install the update, it starts from 71% and when it reaches 85% it crashes.

I have gone through all the guide on the Microsoft website, in the end it said i need to take the consol in for repair but since this is a limited edition consol it no longer is available for parts or repair and since the warranty has ended i can't get it
repaired.

Is there anyway to get the consol to come out of installing the update or force a reset? I am going to try the option to reset the consol with a USB but i don't think that will work as i was looking at the steps for that option and where it mentions i need
to hold the Bind and Eject buttons and wait for 2 power-up tones i never get these. they are part of trying to update the consol off-line option as well and the help section does not tell you what to do if you don't get these.

Is there any solution to this issue?

Yes I am hearing all sorts of issues popping up from the xbox s to the xbox one x there has to be something about this update that is bothersome. I for one havent had any issues that i have noticed yet. I have the xbox one x and the original xbox one 1tb
version. So no issues yet.

seems like the xbox x has a lot of problems, i've got a normal xbox one, and i don't have any of the same issues that xbox one x owners have, it could be it just needs an update.

I have two Xbox One's (Day one editon and a One X), both an external HDD (1TB), latest update and no issues.

hi, i have tried both options of just keeping my games and apps and a full restore to the factory settings nothing is working.

everytime the consol switches on whether from restart or shout down it just goes back to trying to install the update and i think that is preventing it from doing anything else.

HI, yes i did try that and the option where you remove the power cord for 30 seconds and hold down the eject and bind buttons. non of those options work, for some reason its stuck trying to install the update.
