Xbox One X trouble starting Installs and updates

Hey guys, I got a Xbox One X on day one.

When I insert a game CD for the first time and select install it will sometimes say "Installing 0%" but sit on 0% for ages (over 15mins) sometimes it finally gets going other times I have to do a hard reset, wait 10mins and it will finally start... once
it installs its all good and the game works as normal...

Then once a update become available and I try to run the game it opens the home screen, hangs the for about a minute then gives the "took too long to load" error then maybe 2-3mins later Ill get a message pop up saying a update for the game is availiable.

So I say yes update now and under "games & apps" it will say "updating" but just sit there and nothing happens, or sometimes it just says queued, even tho its the only thing in the queue. I gives me the option for "update now" but I i select that nothing
happens and I need to do a hard restart to get it to say "updating"

Either way I need to not touch it for about 10-20mins and it will finally start to actually update, once it starts it downloads and works as normal.

I have on average a 8Mbit connection and xbox is connected directly to the router via ethernet cable.

I use a external 1TB Seagate HDD (altho Im not sure what is installed where)

I also have the system set to auto update but it never seems to.

Another note is my "Microsoft Store" doesnt work, I just get the "takes too long to open" error

Backward Compatibility of Xbox One X about Xbox 360 game "Mass Effect 2"

I am in trouble because I cannot install Xbox 360 game "Mass Effect 2" on my Xbox One X console, in spite of "Mass Effect 2" exists in backward compatibility list (Xbox One 下位互換性 | Xbox).

I bought digital version in Microsoft Store of Windows 10. But I couldn't install "Mass Effect 2" on my Xbox One X console, although I could install "Mass Effect 1" and "Mass Effect 3".

I have a Xbox 360 console too, so I can play "Mass Effect 2" game. But I want to play it on the Xbox One X console, if possible.

Is there a method to install this game on my Xbox One X console?

 

Xbox One X having trouble starting downloads

Hey guys, I been having issues with my Xbox One X from day One.

It connects to Xbox live no problems, has Open Nat, passes all the tests etc but If I try to download something it says Installing 0% but does not actually start to download...

I sent my console back to microsoft for repairs, they said they performed every test they could, reset the software and everything is perfect.

Got it back and still the same issue... so I started trying things and found that If I connect to my phones internet hotspot then the console works perfectly and downloads start immediately..

So its a problem with my Router or ISP.

its a Linksys WRT1900ACS and am with Internode (australia) ive tried connecting via ethernet, 2.4ghz and 5ghz, tried port forwarding, tried turning off the isp firewalls and so far no good?
