    It's been more than a 7 business day that the repair center in Toronto has received my Xbox One X console and they have not been able to make a simple exchange ... The phone support are of no help and say that these are normal delays. It's just the seventh
    xbox console I've been buying for 8-9 years ... I would like to have a more exemplary service. I am more than disappointed with their service !!!!! maybe the next console will not be an xbox!

    Xbox no longer produce the original power supply unit as they no longer produce the original xbox one.

    Due to that fact it is no longer for sale via the xbox service centre or via xbox support

    Well you could return to your retailer for a exchange or call support up to ask for a repair at a service centre or even a advanced exchange.

    good luck they said mine was 'tampered' with. Bought mine brand new, intact I preordered mine. I worked my entire summer to get that. I'm going blind so I thought why not have some fun as I loose my sight. Worst choice ever. The fact that they claim it was
    tampered with makes me think they didn't even look at it. Lazy intern.? I hope you get yours fixed I probably won't be buying another Xbox if they ever do this again I waited over 15 days for it to return.

  5. Wow !!! I am really sorry for you. I hope you have the chance to enjoying it now. I find it really sad that Microsoft is so proud of its products and they take the shout out at everyone. But when it's time to give them a service ... well they do not care
    about it !!! I hope for you that you will get better with time!

    Hi there.

    You are probably right in thinking there are delays as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic - the repair centre probably has a backlog of parcels of faulty products to get through with very limited staff.

    As long as you have proof of delivery then you'll be alright. I'd give it the full month before getting worried and contacting Xbox Support directly.

    Noise with Xbox one X

    My original Xbox One X had a faulty fan and made a strange buzzing sound in the back right corner. Following advice from Xbox Support I was told to either exchange the console or send in for repair. I exchanged the console at the retailer and the new one
    is almost silent and I think could even be quieter than the Xbox One. My advice would be to speak to Xbox Support and either exchange with retailer or send in for repair.
