Xbox One X System

Hey I have the most powerful Game System Xbox One X. I just found out that it only have a regular 1TB Hard Drive in it. I think that will cause a lot of issue with this system. Reason saying is because I had to send my system in because of 2 error messages
and because i could not install no more games on my system (installation stopped) and they could not do nothing about it. They should put a 1TB SSD or a 1TB Hybrid Drive in there. It will load a lot faster and it will help with a lot of the Error message
they have. Microsoft put a powerful Processor and 12GB of Ram and a slow Hard Drive that is bound to have problem. All im asking to to try it out and see.

Microsoft Rewards isn't giving me my points

I had bought an Xbox One X on the releasing date for it. I wasn't until yesterday that I was informed that there was a. Rewards system. The rewards system grants 50000 points to whoever buys an Xbox One X. Since I bought the Xbox One X prior to the acknowledgement
of the rewards system, I think that I should still be eligible for the 50000 rewards points.

I've tried to install the System update on Xbox one X it sometimes goes as far as the applying update to 72% then freezes and shuts down or goes to troubleshoot screen which also freezes, I've tried factory resetting the Xbox and the same problem, I also
receive error codes like SYSTEM ERROR E105

E102

E203

Also 8007045D, and some others, bearing in mind searching these error codes apparently they don't exist on Xbox.com.

My Xbox was working completely fine since having it in November 2017, no problems nothing. Until I entered the preview programme, I had the update on the 22nd January and boom! There you go nothing works no updating troubleshoot screen an error codes.

I have read about people having the same problem and even doing the usb offline update does the same thing.

I spoke to Microsoft support Preview Programme person who said that they are putting out an update to fix the update within 72 hours am still waiting. How can I get the update if the Xbox won't go to dashboard page.

If I'm honest I've been with Xbox for many of years now an really am considering ditching Xbox an turning to PS instead. As I am unwilling to pay out another £400-£500 odd pound for a new Xbox that doesn't work.

 

That is a good idea, however, the console will be more expensive since the price of an SSD or a Hybrid drive cost two to three time higher compared to a normal HDD.

 

That is true. But they should at least give us the option to take out the hard drive without voiding our warranty. But you remember roomers was said before the system came out. remember they said it will be interchangeable parts. if you wanted a better
hard drive bigger processor better blue ray player. Playstation let them (us) at least put whatever hard drive in there and it will not void the warranty. Maybe they will on the next system. I hope they read and think about this would be great. they can
still make money by selling the parts if you want your system to be the best but don't beat us over the head with the price of an SSD.
