    Xbox One X system diagnostics missing


    We have an Xbox One X that keeps crashing and we are trying to ascertain why.

    Online recommendations and other answers here state to try the following:

    1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

    2. Go to the "System" tab.

    3. Select "Settings."

    4. Select "System."

    5. Select "Console info & updates."

    6. Select "Troubleshoot."

    7. Select "System Diagnostics."

    However, these steps 5-7 do not exist, and we have checked this on two Xbox One X consoles.

    There is no 'Console info & updates' submenu under System. There are separate 'Console info' and 'Updates' options, but neither of these, nor anything else under Settings appears to contain Troubleshooting or System Diagnostics.

    Is there a workaround for this? Thank you.
