Xbox One X Suddenly Shutting Down with No Error

This has been submitted via Report A Problem on my console, I just wanted real feedback here as well for potential solutions.

About 2 weeks ago while playing Destiny 2, my system suddenly shutdown. Not like a power outage, but like the screen quickly faded black and THEN the power went off. Upon turning my console back on, it had an error stating it Overheated. Over the last 2 weeks it's happened 2 more times (first of the two was an hour later from the initial overheat) with no errors and the system only in use for mere minutes, like even the fans haven't kicked on yet and physical temp is nowhere near warm enough outside to think it's a problem with air. The second no-error incident was this morning. Now, my console is taken care of well, and I've taken steps to try and identify a problem but have come up empty:

Xbox One X (Scorpio):

-Console is not in a cabinet and has proper ventilation and air flow around it on all sides.

-Console has been vacuumed/air dusted to clean any dust covering vents (completed after initial overheat)

-Fans work and turn on as needed when temp actually pics up.

-Removed unneeded extra stuff plugged into surge protector to ensure its not a power draw issue.

-When console "shuts down," everything connected to it stays on including controller.

-Turns back on with no error and functions as normal with fan speed up and temps for hours with no further shutdowns. Can even play for a few days hours a day and never happens again. Then turn it on, play for 5, get this, and run around again.

Any help is greatly appreciated if anyone has experienced this.
