Xbox one X suddenly power off

Hi Microsoft,

I am writing this with great fury,

for your machine has been suddenly powered off for more than 10 times just in one month.

I am a player from China, and I bought your console：Xbox one X(X1X) on Feb 6th this year,

and your machine, with no Error notification at all, just suddenly power off from time to time ,

right in the middle of the time when I was playing games.

I've already got a new power line after submitting the Maintenance order，

and it doesn't work at all!

Just a moment ago, when I was playing Monster Hunter:World on Xbox one X,

it powered off again.

I....was trying to complete the quest called: The Sapphire Star's Guidance,

if you play the game ,then you will know it's the final quest and like the ultimate challenge for the players

and the quest required to slay 3 monsters one after another.

yes, just when I finished 2 monsters and prepare to the final goal, your machine failed me again!!!

even after I've already replaced the new power line sent by your Service center!!!

and...I tried this quest...another 2 times....after the 1st crash.

...still in the middle of the quest, the machine suddenly power off!!!

...I really love this game, and has already bought it on Playstation4 Pro,

and I've already spent over 86hrs in this game on PS4 pro

and the Sony machine never ever ever has the problem like yours no matter how long I keep playing games with it, the machine power off only when I tell it to do so...

for better experience, for "4K and true power",

I bought you machine and another Monster Hunter:World on your console,

and really enjoyed it at first couple hours and even without Chinese language support

(the Chinese language is Exclusive on PS4 and that's the reason why I bought it on PS4 at first place) .

but now, I just...don't know how to express my feeling without any bad words,

for you console suddenly power offf 3 time in less than 3 hours in a single day

while I was trying to complete the final quest and ultimate challenge in my favourite game!!!

and I can't believe that I just spent over 220USD on the games during your spring sale.

I am just a player wishing to play my loved game with better experience,

I could not imagine what I had done to deserve such a punishment.
