    Xbox One X Suddenly No Signal (Help)


    I just tried to turn on my XboxOneX after not using for 2 or 3 days (which is rare for me) and I am not getting any video signal on my TV. The power light on the Xbox turns on and makes the power noise, then it just sits there. If I put my ear up to the side of the Xbox I can hear the hard drive occassionally doing things, but nothing showing up on my TV. Also, when I go into Console Companion on my PC, my Xbox does not show up in the connection list for streaming.

    I have tried multiple HDMI cables, ports, different TV (monitor) and nothing. The console does feel a little warm on the back, but not what I would consider hot. I have the power removed for now and will try again in the morning.

    I'm wondering if this could have been caused by an update or not? I am in Alpha Ring (I think).

    We are sorry that you have this experience on xbox

    Have you already configured your TV to 4K resolution?

    Is the cable you are using the same one that comes with the console?

    If you have additional problems to that and you think it may be the console you can send it to warranty on xbox
