Xbox One X still no signal after repair

Hi

My console has just been returned to me still broken. I receive no signal, PS4, Wii U, Switch and Sky Box work fine with all HDMI Ports and cables.

Tried to reboot into low resolution mode and no luck. The website is not allowing me to book in another repair. See picture, only allowing me to return an accessory.

Please can a member of staff get in touch with me to resolve this. No response via Twitter either. Really poor service, I rely on my XBOX for review purposes so this needs resolving ASAP

If the other consoles work without a problem one other thing you may want to check is this.

There is an input and an output in the back of all xbox one consoles you want to make sure the HDMI cable is coming out of the out to tv port on the back of the console.

With all due respect, but you Ambassadors should really stop downplaying this issue in favor of Microsoft and look at it from the customers point of view. This is a huge issue and lots of customers experience the NO SIGNAL bug, trying to downplay the issue
by trying to make it look like there's no issue at all by blaming other devices to be the cause of it instead of the Xbox One X is insulting. I have dealt with a few Microsoft Ambassadors on twitter too, all trying to downplay the issue.

Also I would appreciate it if you would first actually read my whole message before posting. I wrote in the sixth alinea:

"I asked a friend to connect his Xbox One X to my TV to make sure it wasn't my TV or Receive that caused the NO SIGNAL, turned out his Xbox One X played perfectly all the time. "

This was after the third repair... tried it last week again by the way with my friend's Xbox One X and his one still works perfectly on my TV.

Thank you for reaching out, tried all of that, still didnt send a signal, while holding start button and eject button after a out 10 seconds light comes on but never a 2nd beep. This is 2nd xbox one x in 2 days that had problems, first one the sync port didnt work.

Hello again, if you connected it to another outlet and it still does not emit a video signal, the issue is not only with the system, but with the console

If your Xbox One X is still under warranty, it's best to send it to Microsoft.

Aside from plugging it back in when it comes back and making sure the issue is fixed, there really isn't anything you can do from your end. The issue should have been resolved but if the issue still persists after sending it in for
repairs the only thing you can do is send it back to the repair center to have it fixed. It's likely they repaired what they thought was causing the issue but it turns out what they repaired was not what needed to be repaired. Unfortunately with technology,
especially certain problems, sometimes all you can do is assume what the most likely culprit is, repair it and hope it resolves the issue.
