XBOX ONE X START UP

So the first thing we need to do is check and see if you can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Try doing this for me:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in. Press and hold the SYNC button and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox button on the console. Continue holding the SYNC and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the SYNC and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

When the console powers up, you will see the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, please select reset then keep games and apps. No worries, no games and apps will be deleted. You just need to sign back in using the correct email and password.

I have the same issue on my Xbox series X I hard reset the console and now its worse than before I reset it. I started up my Xbox one X and no issues with that when I started up a game.

I've had issues since day one. Have been told the issue is widespread and any Microsoft store should replace console. I am torn apart because I want this awful dead system gone, but, i have a Scorpio and they won't replace them.

Thanks for your time and value your responses ...as i live in northern Ireland and the nearest Microsoft store is in England, it would take too much time to get it fixed etc and being with out my Xbox is like losing my right arm and i think that it would
probably end up Breaking down again.. so i am a loyal Xbox one X gamer and will be going shopping today for a new one

E101 may appear when a software does not install or uninstall correctly leaving invalid addresses in the registry.
Before sending your console to repair service, try this:
- Power cycle:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   
   Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
   
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.
   

- Perform an offline system update;
- Reset your console to factory defaults then you can easily sync your game saves .
