    Xbox One X start up problem and save game problems


    I've had my Xbox One X for about 7 months with no issues at all, until last week. While playing a game I got this message:

    "There's a problem with your saved games. You'll need to delete and sync them again to play. To do this, go to settings - System - Storage and select Clear local saved games“

    So I went to settings and it froze. So I turned off my Xbox, and turned it back on. It got stuck on the green screen with the xbox logo, and
    eventually turned back off.

    Then, on the next start up I got the troubleshooting screen with an E101 error. I tried to reset my xbox from there, and it froze. On the next start up I got an E200 error and it froze.

    After that, I didn't touch my xbox for 2 days. After the 2nd day, i tried again and this time it booted properly to the Xbox home screen, and thinking some game data was corrupt, i deleted everything
    off the hard drive and reformatted my external hard drive. Everything worked fine for about 3 hours, then i got the same error message about saved games.

    So i did a factory reset, and deleted everything. Now it will start up fine, but runs very slow. Theres a 2 second delay between when i press a button, and it reaponds. I cant open any games or apps.
    The xbox store will attempt to open, but will freeze the xbox after about 2 minutes.

    Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix for this?

    So i just got this message after inputting my microsoft account info:

    "Try again in a while sorry, looks like our service isn't working right. To check Xbox live status, go to (website)"

    I hit the continue button, and got this message:

    "Please try again for more info please check xbox.com/errorhelp, and enter the following code : 0x80a4000a"

    I just did the hard reset and power cycle. My xbox is plugged directly to the outlet. When I turned it on I got the E200 error code on the "something went wrong" screen. I just went to troubleshooting, and reset my xbox. Its in the reset process now. I

    I just went to settings-system-updates&downloads. It says no console update available. Is an offline update still necessary?
