    Hi everyone,

    I have been an insider for a few years now but after I upgraded from a One S to One X I didn’t join the update preview program, until about 5 days ago. Now my Xbox One X just turns off and there is no discrimination on what makes it turn off. Playing a game for a few hours, sitting idle for 5 mins, watching TV, it just does a random full shutdown each time.

    A few days ago I decided I had been playing my Xbox lot recently so I should join the Update preview program again. I downloaded the Omega update and all looked fine. Very shortly after, while playing Rainbow 6 Siege I tried to load up the Ubisoft Club app through the game and the console did a full shutdown. I thought it was odd so I just loaded the game back up to try and replicate it, which it did but it at least let me load into the app this time.

    At this point I believed that it was possible the preview update may have been the issue so I applied and downloaded the Delta update instead which was installed normally. Unfortunately the issue persisted. Trying to watch TV through the OneGuide I would get a full shutdown. After a while, just turning on the system causes a full shutdown. I then removed myself from the Update preview program, this resetting the console. During the startup process the console did a full shutdown. I got the through startup process, loaded Rainbow 6 Siege to try and replicate the issue again and off the console went.

    I have done a full reset on top of this hoping it would fix it, nope. Maybe this was an overheating problem? Last night I decided to leave the system unplugged a whole night but I turned it on and it full shutdown again.

    This morning after the console did it’s thing I decided to call Microsoft Support for some help and the representative told me to go to this reddit page for help. So please, someone help.

    No Audio with Netflix

    Same issue on the xbox one with Harman Kardon watching Netflix and voice disappears but background music stays until I turn off the receiver and turn it back on. This happens sporadically.

    Hello there,

    I have an Xbox One X and this issue started occuring after an insider update so I presume you are also part of the insider program. Once I saw the black screen on my tv, my first instinct was to turn off or restart console but instead I ended up just pressing a bunch of the face buttons until the black screen went away. This happened to me twice afterwards the insider team released another update to fix this. Once you get past the screen, update your console and the black screen should go away.

    I’ve been having the same issue for the last couple of months.

    My Xbox One X console is not in the Insiders program (afaik).

    It shutdowns almost every time I try to wake it up after turning it off normally with a controller a day earlier.

    I have the exact same issue. First installed, then when a tried to confirm the update it turn the console off and wouldn't update it after, then after uninstalling I get the same error each time.

    Only happens on my Xbox One X though, and installed and runs on a regular Xbox One.
