Xbox one x shuts of randomly only when playing a game

Normally this problem occurs due to poor console ventilation or clogging of the fan cooling system. the power supply may also be affected. It seems difficult it could be a software problem, I manage a community of over 100 players and nobody has ever reported
this problem. Try to contact Xbox support if necessary

Ive tried everything from hard resets to formatting xbox to deleting everything. And new power cable switching outlets. Fans are working xbox is not hot i get five minutes into a game and it shuts off and the controller stays on and blinking this has happened
for three days i have tried for three days doing everything i see in troubleshooting xbox released an update that has caused this i am not the only person who has had this problem and i will continue to make posts about this issue

It might be for overheating but don't worry and try this... it will help you a lot.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select System > Settings > General > Power mode & startup.

Your console shuts down unexpectedly

1. Turn off the console.
2. Wait at least one hour.
3. Move the console to a well-ventilated spot.
4. Turn on the console.
